The assailants wear military fatigues with blue t-shirts and masks over their faces. The festive background music you hear in this video is what they refer to in Mexico as Narcocorrido. From what I understand, Narcocorrido songs celebrate illegal activities of the drug cartels and praise murder, torture and other such doings of the Narcos. Seems like an appropriate choice for a video of a guy getting castrated.
